Do you make everything from scratch?
Yes, all of our products are made from scratch here in our shop.
When should I place my order?
It's always best to order as soon as possible, however making your goods from scratch does take some time. We recommend ordering at least a week in advance, but ask for 48 hours notice for any weekday order or 72 hours for weekend orders. We require all orders to be placed in person or over the phone.
Do you deliver?
Deliveries are reserved for wedding cakes. Exceptions to this policy can be made if we are given enough advance notice, if we have the staff available to do so, and if the subtotal for the order exceeds one hundred dollars. In addition to the subtotal, there is also a delivery fee. Please call for pricing.
Do you only make specialty diet pastries?
No. We do carry Paleo, Keto, Vegan, and Gluten friendly pastries, as well as traditional pastries. Anything specialty will be marked on the tag.
Is your kitchen peanut or tree nut free?
We use both peanut butter and almond flour in our kitchen. While we do use safe measures in production, there is always a risk of cross-contamination.
Why are GF items, "Gluten Friendly," and not, "Gluten Free?"
We are not a Gluten Free certified kitchen. We use safe measures in production and use gluten-free substitutes for ingredients in our Gluten Friendly items, but there is always a risk of cross-contamination.
Do you have sheet cakes?
No. All of our cakes are round, 3-layer cakes with our homemade frosting between each layer. For a little extra you can also have a made-from-scratch filling between each layer too.
Where do you get your coffee beans from?
We get our coffee from Reboot Roasting, a local roaster here in Omaha.
